TRÚST, trusturi, s.n. Monopol în cadrul căruia proprietatea asupra unor întreprinderi este unificată, proprietarii lor devenind acţionari, iar producţia şi finanţele întreprinderilor respective fiind reglementate de un consiliu de administraţie. – Din fr. trust, (2) după rus. trest.

TRUST s.n. 1. (În economia capitalistă) Formă de monopol în care întreprinderile care s-au contopit îşi pierd independenţa comercială, de producţie şi juridică, fiind subordonate unei administraţii unice. 2. (În economia socialistă) Formă de organizare a întreprinderilor în care se unesc unităţile unei anumite ramuri sau din ramuri diferite, de obicei separate teritorial (uzine, unităţi comerciale etc.).
