CURCÚMA s.f. Condiment de culoare galbenă, obţinut prin măcinarea rădăcinii de curcuma (Curcuma domestica), utilizat mai ales drept colorant alimentar natural (în pastă de muştar, în amestecuri de condimente sau ca înlocuitor al şofranului).
