RESPIRATÓR, -OÁRE, respiratori, -oare, adj. Care ţine de respiraţie, privitor la respiraţie; care foloseşte la respiraţie. ♢ (anat.) Aparat respirator = sistem de organe care asigură respiraţia, structura lui fiind adaptată modului de viaţă al animalului respectiv şi tipului de respiraţie.
