scrob1, scroburi, s.n. (reg.) 1. jumări de ouă. 2. mâncare făcută din ouă bătute, fierte cu smântână sau cu miere. 3. mâncare asemănătoare cu terciul, făcută din făină fiartă. 4. (în sintagmă) scrob de făină = făină muiată pentru pui. 5. aluat subţire din care se fac clătite sau scoverzi. 6. (la pl.) clătite. 7. aluat nedospit, frecat mărunt în palmă sau ras pe răzătoare, care se fierbe în supă în loc de tăiţei; frecăţei, răzălău, trahana. 8. mâncare uscată şi întărită, care nu mai poate fi consumată. 9. tencuială.
